  • Brown Stewed Chicken - Bone-in seasoned chicken with Jamaican herbs and spices. Slightly fried and stewed in its marinated sauce and spices.

  • Curry Chicken - Bone-in chicken, seasoned and marinated in Jamaican yellow curry, onions, bell peppers and diced potatoes

  • Jerk Chicken - Marinated in authentic Jamaican Jerk seasoning – grilled.

  • Jerk Pork - Marinated in authentic Jamaican Jerk seasoning – grilled.

  • Stew Peas - Red kidney beans stewed with beef and pork, coconut milk and Jamaican herbs and spices. Spinners (dumplings) are also added.

  • Jamaican Rice & Peas (Pigeon Peas can be substituted with Red Kidney Beans) - Gluten free white rice cooked in Jamaican herbs & spices and coconut milk

  • Oxtail with Butter Beans (serves 4-5 people) $75.00 - Seasoned and marinated with Jamaican spices, onions, peppers, and tomatoes. Brown stewed and simmered with Butter beans.

  • Escovitch Fish (serves 4-5 people) $68.00 - Deep fried fish topped with sautéed onions & peppers in a light vinaigrette sauce.

DESSERT

  • Jamaican Carrot Cake (8” round) - Serves 10-12 people $25.00

  • Jamaican Rum/Fruit Cake (slice) $2.50 per slice (seasonal)
